This was a final project for my photoshop class. We made up an album cover. I created an imaginary band, Elevated Carillon. For the front I used three stock photos. I used a gradient on the main image and on the text I used a clipping mask. There are a couple of adjustment layers, there is a small vector layer and additionally I used the liquify filter. I entered the front cover in the Del Mar Fair (San Diego County Fair) and got first place.

For the back I only used two stock images. There are two vector lines and a few gradient and layer adjustments. These images are scaled down but the actual images are sized to fit a CD jewel case.
